My husband and I met with a physical therapist and a Numotion pta for a seating and positioning evaluation. From the beginning of our appointment we were treated respectfully and professionally. They spoke to and worked directly to my husband who was the focus of the evaluation.
Their depth of knowledge led to a seating position that will create comfort and independence. They assessed abilities and challenges and maximized a result for both.

Really Really fast turn around, my wife's chair was picked up by Jay on a Tuesday afternoon, he worked on it through the evening going above and beyond and had the chair back by 8am the next day. The technician Andrew was friendly and was attentive to my concerns or comments. He gave me some possible solutions for my concerns and made sure I was aware of any changes that would be implemented onto my new chair. He was also good at explaining things to me.

Getting the part and scheduling the repair appointment was an extremely difficult process. Should not be this complicated or make people wait a month for repairs. Miss the days when you could call and speak them directly in the office. The repair guy was very friendly, came when he said he would and got the chair back and working quickly.

Numotion has been incredible! Amber was helpful right off the bat with her phone call to introduce herself and what to expect going forward. Eric came to our home for the equipment fitting and was so good with our daughter. He would announce when he was going to measure an area or touch to move her. Great experience so far!

Zero stars. No. NEGATIVE STARS. Numotion came to my home for an assessment, refused to do the assessment, and then told me they refused the assessment because "insurance wouldn't pay". I am a rehab professional. I had already cleared it all with my insurance company. They were prepared to pay. And did pay when I went through another company. When I alerted the company to this error this tech made, they put me on the phone with the same tech who refused to do the assessment. They did the same to my OT when he called on my behalf. When I complained on their website, a corporate rep called me and then proceeded to not answer or return my call or message. This is disability discrimination and is apparently their entire business model. How many people have this company denied services? "Because insurance won't pay". Because those of you not in the healthcare worker community need to know that what Numotion did was go against a doctors order, ignore my medical record with qualifying diagnosis, and refuse to complete an evaluation that I needed for a wheelchair. And when I called them back to tell them I'd finally gotten my chair? They had no record of me at all. Please don't send your loved ones to this company. Their entire company identity is a lie. They hire people who think they get to pick and choose who gets a wheelchair. My chair is perfect by the way. So I am alright. But I am losing count of the people I'm talking to who have the same story. And this company needs to go. My PT, OT, and Doctor all felt horrible for sending me there. They will not be sending patients to Numotion again. What does that tell you?
