They're always very polite. And when I take the empty 5 gal water jugs to exchange them with full ones, they always offer to help me load them (yesterday I had 10). That's very sweet.

The store is HUGE and there is a lot of variety. Even a bunch of candy, clothing, shoes, and some home goods. I was pleasantly surprised they even have plus size and men’s big and tall up to 4x. Even more surprised to see jewelry!

I like the store!!!! GREAT employees..... but Definitley Definitely need a change in management. When you close at 6, that means your service stops at 6 o'clock. Not 5:50... feel bad for the owners.

Tried to purchase a fire arm, employee couldn’t find it, went home had to call in and manager found it, came in the next day to purchase, employee says can’t find the gun, after 10 min found new gun in box in their vault, spent the next 40 min trying to run background check employees couldn’t figure it out, no management was available to help or answer, customer service said tough luck, do not shop… absolutely horrendous customer service

I enjoy runnings and all of its idenity crisis. I think certain things are priced fairly mostly. Other things you can get cheaper elsewhere. All and all a good store for those seeking the farmer/hunter, work hog utilities and look.

Visiting from FL and noticed they stocked a certain blue outdoor GCI rocker. Stopped in to purchase a couple. When I didn’t see them I asked an employee. She said “they could be with the seasonal” and went about her business. Not the kind of customer service a new store needs. I would have only spent $125 to $140 for these rockers but she insured I wouldn’t buy anything! On the plus side it is a huge store with a lot of stock. Everything was well organized and clean.
