I’ll keep going back to this company. From start to finish Peoria Siding was AMAZING to work with. We’re getting so many compliments on the new siding, especially on the detail and workmanship (see photos). The install crew was extremely well-equipped, courteous and efficient and less than ideal weather didn’t slow them down.

The batten board siding, that was installed, was a perfect match to my garage doors. The new vinyl siding is woodpecker, resistant and makes my home of thirty eight years look like new construction. Additionally I will get an energy saving rebate and have better insulation due to the fact that they put insulation board and vinyl siding over the existing wood siding. Dan and Clint were very informative and great to work with and Angie is incredibly efficient with her exemplary communication skills. The siding team was professional and so hard-working. They went above and beyond and even cleaned my gutters while on the roof. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Other than wishing I would have done this years earlier, I have no complaints. They certainly deserve being ranked as the best siding company in Central Illinois. I highly recommend them for all your siding needs.

I’ve used Peoria Siding and Window several times including the replacement of my roof and a new front door. Every time their service was professional and well done. The door is beautiful and I wish I had replaced it years before! Craig was always responsive to my inquiries and followed up with questions, checking to make sure I was satisfied with everything! This is a dual review. Three years ago we had them put on a new roof. I chose pewter architectural shakes. Meanwhile having brown aluminum siding. But I was envisioning ahead to this past week when they installed siding. In both instances I worked with Lou Linsley during the estimate process and could not be more pleased with his friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. Both installation crews were the absolute best, both had the same qualities as Lou. The project manager was second to none. We talked about the tasks at hand and then talk about various subjects like we were long time friends. We are absolutely ecstatic over the transformation they put our house through. The quality of materials used are among the best in the industry and the same can be said for the installation. They even assured me that will back any job they preform. Peoria Siding and Window will be our only call for future projects.

Go somewhere else. Terrible follow up after a few mistakes by their installer. Repeatedly said they would call us to get issue fixed and never called. We had to call them several times, and then front desk staff was rude when we expressed frustration when told again someone would call us back. 2 months after install, their mistake still isn't fixed. Lots of excuses about ordering issues or scheduling.

We had a few companies out to give us quotes in our bow window and our double front doors. The first 2 we spoke with were outlandishly high and the customer service was lacking. Family recommended Peoria Siding and window and they didn’t disappoint! From start to finish the kept us in the loop, we’re not pushy at all with selling, honest about their opinions and even helping to save money where some stuff was not really needed. They did an excellent job of explaining the process and install and TAT was almost exactly what they said! I think even a little earlier than expected! Install took only 2 days for both doors and windows! They left our house exactly as they saw it and cleaned up so well! The quality is amazing and they installers were very professional and friendly! We have some other doors we are wanting to replace in the future; this will be our first call forsure!
