These guys are the best! I went in for a broken faucet cartridge. They didnt have the one I needed but told me how to find it and gave me a bunch of tips as well. Highly recommend this hardware store!!

If I could give 10 stars to this wonderful place I would. Tim and his crew are absolutely the best. I tried to buy something from Grainger and they did not have the part and they suggested Bartonville Hardware and they had the part I was looking for. I own a Business in Bartonville and go to this store reg. This is a family owned Business and are second to none. Tim and his crew go so far out of their way to take care of all customers. Thumbs up Tim You have a great place and take care of your customers.

Honestly the cashiers are phenomenal and go out of their way to help. The owner is also wonderful. That's all I have to say about staff. The prices you pay here are much higher though. Their store needs updated and the prices need lowered. They try to have the prices higher so you don't have to drive to peoria to get something you need now. It's just to expensive for my blood.
