I have known R4 for years and have recommended them to many of my clients. I have finally had the opportunity to use them myself as I am downsizing my office. Contacting them was easy and I reached a real person immediately. She looked up my account and we agreed on a pickup time/date quickly. The pickup team came exactly when they were scheduled and were gone in minutes after cleaning out three large lateral file drawers. I could not recommend R4 more highly. They were great!

Eliseo from R4 Services was polite and efficient with removing all the boxes that needed destruction. He secured the bins with a pad lock. I logged each box and its contents onto a receipt and we each received a copy. I was able to have an old hard drive destroyed without worry. Thanks for the great service!

The team of two showed up promptly and were very courteous and professional. My items were in a back bedroom, and I told them to use a dolly to move them, but they insisted on carrying everything out themselves to avoid any damage to the carpet. Karen in the office was delightful to work with and kept me up to date on the entire procedure. I would highly recommend R4 Services for your shredding and recycling needs.

Fast service and response. Really nice team and delivery/pickup people. I used R4 for their shredding service. My office was moving and we had to get rid of years and years worth of documents and old electronics. I had never done a project like this before and Karen made everything easy to do and understand. If you haven't had a service like this before and are looking for helpful people who don't mind walking you through the process, I would go for R4 services. Highly recommend them for anything business related!
