Today we finally moved to our new place. And Golan’s Moving & Storage made that happen for us. Edin who coordinate everything from the beginning was very customer service oriented. Always responsive with calls and emails and clear with all information to arrange our moving. Then the guys Edwin and his colleague they did an extraordinary job. Very careful with our furniture and boxes. They really did the process smooth. The experience was 5 starts, no doubt. We are enjoying our new place and now we just need to unpack!

I am only giving this 2 stars because the movers and pre-move staff were nice people. The movers were polite and respectful throughout the process. Our project ended up taking two days, not one for an in town move, which was exhausting and very inconvenient. Two days, means double the cost, double the tip, etc… Two pricey items were damaged during the move and instead of doing the right thing and attempting to repair or offering to pay for the repair, we were forced through the insane process of paperwork, providing purchase receipts for our own property, etc.., only to get $5-10 bucks back for something that would likely be $200+. It’s clear the process is meant so that no claim for damages would ever be submitted, it’s such a pain. I would never use this company again and I have told friends and family not to use them as well.
