I recently used Nexus Auto Transport to help move my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Northern California to South Texas, and I couldn’t have been more Satisfied with the experience. The price that I was quoted was exactly what I paid- no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The driver was fantastic, keeping in touch with me throughout the journey with updates on his location and estimated arrival time. He arrived on the scheduled pick up date and delivered my vehicle right on time as promised. The communication was excellent, and the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Nexus for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle free car shipping service.

Nexus was so good to work with - from estimate to delivery.
They were amazingly quick to respond to my very first inquiry and their price for shipping a 2,000 mile distance was very competitive. After booking, things changed on my end and Nexus was accommodating to adjust forward the pick up date.
The driver took more than 40 photos of the car before he loaded it so I was able to see everything in detail.
Communication was timely and I was able to track the truck across the country as it made its way to me.
The driver also called me directly the day before scheduled delivery to ask if he could deliver the car early. I was happy to do so and met him the night before scheduled delivery to get my car. I love getting something early. 🙂
The driver was very professional and handled the car unloading superbly.

I had a great experience with Nexus Auto Transport! After being ditched by another company, I needed to ship my car ASAP. I decided to go with Nexus, and they found a carrier for me within a day—I called on Saturday, and by Monday, my car was picked up. They estimated a 6-day delivery from CA to VA, and it arrived exactly on time with no delays. Everything was smooth and well-planned.

The driver was excellent—always communicative, professional, and responsive. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other companies, especially for an urgent shipment. Highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport!

NEXUS SAVED THE DAY! I had originally called another shipper (that I’ve used for 10 years) who never got my shipment scheduled. Last minute, LAST NIGHT @ 9PM (after the other shipper closed) I called NEXUS who was still open. I needed the car shipped TODAY by EOB and the operator said “no problem!” They gave me very fair pricing and IMMEDIATELY confirmed and guaranteed that my car would be picked TODAY by EOB. No other shipper was doing that. And just like that, my precious baby was picked up @ 3PM TODAY, less than 24 hours later!

Fantastic customer service. Emails went out as soon as the order was placed. And emails went out as soon as it was scheduled. The driver called and texted to let me know when he was both a few hours out and 45 minutes away.

The driver was extremely experienced. He inspected the vehicle, took photos, drove my car off of the lot of the garage of my building, and loaded my car all under 45 minutes!

My REP, savior and angel was CHLOE! Ask for her! So in point and professional and communicative!

I recently shipped an antique car from NC to CT and used Nexus. They were quick, I got a call from Art within minutes of the request, and we negotiated a price and set the pick up window. Art was able to pick up a day early, and transport some extra parts that came with the car as well. I chose the enclosed trailer and pricing was competitive and reasonable. I was notified when the car was picked up, with 150+ photos, and that the extra parts were more than I had anticipated. Art loaded many bins and free/loose parts, for which I paid him and extra $50.....more than reasonable. They provided tracking, and I was able to see where the transport was at all times. He arrived on time, called me when he was 30 minutes away, and helped me unload the extra parts. Great experience and the car arrived as expected.
