This review is more of the character and kindness shown to me today by a man named Brad. I had lost my tie rod on Internationale, and not in a nice way. I had parked my vehicle in his lot, sat in it for about 30 minutes, until he happened to come out for an unrelated task, noticed me, and invited me inside. His hospitality kept me very warm while I waited for the tow to arrive, and I am very grateful for that. Seems like good people are here and I am glad I broke down there instead of in the middle of the road. Thank you Brad!

I think one star is way too much for this place. Try to avoid it at all costs is like lottery but you never win over here. They are using [ excuse every single time too early, too late. Why are you on time. Never ready, well sometimes 90% not and is always your foult. They have to be so cheap that anybody doing business with them. I wish they were not get so many accounts from Geodis.

Never again… The place has gone down in garbage. Poor leadership and no costumer care. Don’t do business with them. They do suck as 3PL. Make sure you check other 3PL. This place is a hall for drivers, pickups, deliveries, fulfillment and more. Stay away from TAGG Logistics or so called now HUB logistics. What a nightmare with this company.

VM did not lead me to a person. Hence, followed direction to talk to person by pushing 0. Recording did not get me to a human, said leave a message. Then to make matters. voice mail box full! If have choice, will not use this company.

The worst place Ever. Had a 10am appt for a delivery a 40ft container,
Arrived at 8:50 a.m , They made me park on the side , they said no doors available which that was a LIE.. Anyways they gave me a door at 10:45 a.m.. They finished unloading me at 2:45 pm.. Floor load 1 person only working the whole time....

Poor customer service. They don't care if you get loaded today or tomorrow. Just sad. Use to be a great place.
