Looks like they have improved. Could use a bigger crew to handle the large amount of freight coming in but all in all they are pleasant to work with, Took a little longer to get unloaded do to miscommunication on my appointment time. But with a little patience and low key perseverance they are unloading as we speak. Good people if you ask me. Lots of room to get into the dock door. No overnight or street parking as far as I can tell. Truck stop less than 20 miles east.

Always Busy warehouse. If you get door between 2-8 you will be wait line. Because that doors always busy. Doors 14-15 is fast. In shipping office there is no specific employee who is responsible for shipping/receiving. You have to wait until someone is free

By appt only,my appt 1700 arived 16 45,they said I'm 15 min to early ,come back @1700😁😁. Came back at 1700 surprise surprise they got no door for me,they said just stand by shipping window and wait till they get a door for me,45 min later said load not ready,come back in 1 hour .There is 6 drivers standing or lying on the floor and waiting over an 1 hour ,at least put some chairs for drivers,others waiting in trucks 5-6 hours. I'm giving this company no stars and 5 middle fingers.

Either you have an appointment… Or you don’t… Been waiting all day long they put people without appointments ahead of me.. the 9 o’clock appointment pulled out with still the Load on.. they had to go back to the dock to get unloaded.. these people don’t know what they’re doing!! Management does not help!!!

Just got to this place to pick up. My appointment isn't until 5 and got here at 2:30. They put me in a door and are going to see what they can do to get me loaded earlier than 5. Nothing promised but they will try to work with you if you get here early. So it's worth a shot. Overnight parking is available if needed.
Update: loading started at 4pm. Hour earlier than my appointment time. So they do give you some slack by getting there early.

Don't recommend this place ever, showed up a day early to unload & too be turned away because their strictly by appointment only. Come back next day check in at 830 tell me to come back at appt time at 9am go back in get a dock right away but than sit for 2hrs & 40 minutes.
