Don't usually post reviews like this, but ran a load for Uros and Andre, took 2 hours and 50 minutes at each location to load and unload. After a week of following up on detention request that was allegedly being requested, first I was told only detention is paid in hour increments, so 45 minutes doesn't apply (what?!). Then was told their policy is 3 hours free. Asked to see that in writing because it's certainly not on the load confirmation, and was told "I don't have time to send it to you."

Just more scummy freight broker business here.

,If you will be work with this company be have huge problems, better stay away, this company works together with costumers, they make a claim on the load, they say that the load is bad. then they file a claim on your insurance, if the insurance does not pay, they sue you, they already have this scheme set up. scammers belong in jail, I wish them close soon in possible

One of the worst brokerage companies, I’m waiting for that they to deal with these type of broker as they deserve! I hope one day all middlemen including brokers going out of business , trucking industry does not near broker , trucking industry just need change and shipper and receiver must be link to carrier directly

The worst experience and service I had ever recently is definitely with Becker Logistics, Inc. Do not ever book a load with Nicholas Jeropke and Andrew Bohlen.
We booked a load with window-delivery 10am to 5pm , our driver arrived at 10am and was told by the receiver our appointment was not until 5pm and there was no chance to get him in earlier and come back at 5pm.
We kept the broker posted all the time with facts and everything.
They just said that they paying detention after 4hr waiting.
After that, they did not respond to our emails.
It proves that they "Knew " it was set for 5pm and they scammed us in order to sell their load cheaper.

This is the worst company ever. I booked a load with Nicholas Jeropke, a very unresponsive and unprofessional person.The load was already shipped, and he left without solving the problem!
I've never seen such a broker for the past 12 years doing this!
Will never use them again!

Extremely unprofessional. The broker i spoke to didn't even introduce himself but his ext is 6771.
They take advantage of the fact that business is slow and act as if i just walked into his Livingroom uninvited.
Obviously they don't have any management oversite.
I know if carriers don't have a choice they will probably book loads with Becker Logistics, but if you can, by all means, stay away.

I contacted broker Vincent Penny for a load that I was interested in and didn’t hear back from the broker until 30 mins later. He replied he’s going check if the load could be picked the following day. The load was supposed be picked up originally 2 pm the same day and I told him my truck is 350 miles away and we can’t pick up the same day. I received no further emails, response or any sort of communication for the past 30 minutes, I went ahead a booked a load the suit my needs. Close to an hour Vincient Penny replied saying that he is still confirming if pickup time could be changed and responded that the truck has been covered. Upon reading that, he THREATENED to leave a note in his system that they can no longer work with me! I never booked the load, never canceled, waited as well, was truthful in regards to where/when my truck leave! This brokerage is distributing business for honest truckers! People like Vincent Penny are given too much authority to destroy others work, while he’s the one with poor communication skills. Management should be aware of the of threats their employees are giving for mistake they make!
