Conglobal and BNSF needs to be held accountable for how poorly this facility is run. The way they do shift change to the lift on/off. It’s atrocious. Hours of our lives are wasted to completely inept management and a lack of leadership amongst them. 4 cranes where there’s barely 20-25 trucks. But you have 1 or 2 cranes for an area that has trucks double parked from spot 51 to forever. This mismanagement of resources should lead to people being fired.

Update. Place still sucks. Drivers assist is absolutely useless. The guys in the trucks will NOT help. No one here really seems to know or care to give actual directions to the drivers. This place is by far the worst run intermodal facility I have to go to.

Was instructed to return empty container back to their main yard by BNSF RailPass (where I picked it up loaded day prior) once arriving they reject my in-gate stating California is full so they don't want it anymore and to just leave. Now I'm being held hostage by a container on a Friday night at 9pm with COSCO already closed. They have tons of space but now I'm stuck to figure this out on my own, wasting my time, fuel, miles, tolls and a lot of headache.

This place is terrible in all ways. They need to learn from CSX 59th or Global 4. This place has the worse crane operators and worse management ever. Kiosk are the worse and old as heck. You will stay suck here for hours. The crane operators are sleeping and than have the urge to say that they didnt recieve no orders on there screen. Dude the app literally tells me where to go after i request the lift. It doesnt tell you exactly what spot until you request the lift. Everything here is a joke. 0 stars cause it aint a 1 star.

The wait time is a hit or a miss. Sometimes you will be there 30-45 minutes but most of the time you’re sitting there for 2-4 hours with the crane operators staring you right in the face doing nothing at all. Their job is union so good luck with getting any productive work out of them they take more breaks than work! The only tip I have is to keep sidewalk chalk on you at all times to write your container number on your chassis it helps to locate container faster since sometimes they don’t get the memo in their computer when you ingate.

I wish I can give 0 star for BNSF Railway all workers they are rude and no one wants to work they make long line for nothing after that they go to break until they come back from break they make it worse I hate it every time you go there you stuck for 2 - 5

Terrible service! staff people are so rude!!! The crane operator got mad because I got out of the truck to see the pins and drop the container as a revenge, then he took a lot of time to come back.

this railyard is very unprofessional, I’ve encountered with a few individuals that are nice enough to assist, however I have had a few encounters with the same individuals that have the most disgusting attitudes, not sure if they are unhappy with their position but bnsf should be held liable for letting individuals like this guy in the picture for an example. This is the not the first time this man has talked to drivers with disrespect and always comes off rude. I’ve witnessed him talking real rude to drivers as if they were little kids. He has come off rude to me a few times. I came to ask him a simple question and the disgust he had on his face is unreal. BNSF are these the type of employees you hire? Is this what you represent? Look at this guy talking carelessly to drivers even when drivers approach him nicely. I’ve reported him to a supervisor and he mentioned that I’m not the first to complain about him. What’s taking so long to hold this rude unprofessional man accountable? Here’s a picture of him flicking me off because I did exchange a few words with him after he has disrespected me. This is a picture of a man that can’t control his negative behavior. This is what BNSF stands for. I will definitely be escalating this to someone hire up because apparently he hasn’t been held accountable for his actions. Drivers be aware of this rude guy with a disrespectful attitude. And report him every chance you get when he gets disrespectful with you.
