You will save money if you avoid this place…
After delivering the load I found 2 chipped floor boards which need to be replaced, that didn’t happened at the receiver since I was at the dock while being unloaded and all the totes were removed professionally and slowly.
At this shipper forklift drivers were dragging this heavy totes on the floor instead of keeping them up
Besides that forklift drivers were flying in and out over that ramp which again is a concern…

Very unprofessional, every time I have a pick up there is an issue. No communication at the dock. You can’t even go to the dock door because they have a large uncontrollable dog on the premises. They carelessly throw pallets in the truck.

Do not do business with this company. I shipped them a truck load of pallets over a year ago and still have not received payment. I reached out several of times and was told they would pay the past due invoice. Bad business practices to place an order receive it and never pay for it.

I went to this place for a pick up. It was easy to find and has a big space for docking. No bathrooms for drivers staff was very rude even harassing!!! refusing to allow me and other drivers on the dock to oversee the loading process. This is one of those places where they treat drivers with little to no value so beware.

Biggest bunch of morons in the world, useless lazy people not caring about anything damaging your equipment doing whatever they want nailing boards to your trailer without asking you and damaging the side of the trailer. Do not come pick up this place.

Delivered a load to this place. YOU NEED APPOINTMENT. I was told by the broker open window from 8 to 4 pm, but NO. YOU NEED APPOINTMENT. I was worked in for unloading, took 3 hours all together. No overnight parking. The Receiver should work on communicating better with the drivers.
