I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience, which has been one of the worst I’ve encountered. Initially, my package was marked as delayed with no explanation or updated delivery date provided. Attempts to get clarification from the merchant, @nordstromrack, were unhelpful as they could not provide any details.

After four days in limbo, the package was returned to the sender without any further updates. To make matters worse, Nordstrom Rack is now withholding a refund until the package is returned, leaving me unfairly responsible for a package I never received.

This raises serious concerns about the handling of my order and the choice of carrier, which has caused significant inconvenience. Meanwhile, my funds are effectively being held without resolution. This experience reflects poorly on both the delivery process and Nordstrom Rack’s approach to customer service. I urge Nordstrom Rack to take accountability, address this situation promptly, and provide clear communication moving forward.

Terrible Service and No tracking. You have no idea where your package is and they seem to be unaware also. Have Olive oil coming from Italy since Nov 11 - initial tracking was ok until UDS got a hold of it Nov 27 in NYC. Absolutely no communication since then. Now I have an Order from Nordstroms that was supposed to arrive yesterday. All i have from UDS is Shipment Notification received! Terrible.

I contacted UDS after tracking my package and viewing the proof of delivery photo: the delivery driver holding my package outside the gate. The customer service agent I spoke to claimed she tried to contact the delivery driver and when they came in in the morning they’d pull him to the side and ask what happened to my package. I’m sorry, WHAT?!?! The other package in the photo was still here when I got home from work but the second one containing my shoes magically disappeared. To further insult my intelligence, the customer service agent hung up on me. I wish Nordstrom would stop doing business with these clowns.

UPDATE!! After an “investigation”, the driver claims that after taking a picture of him holding my package, he put the package on top of the other package. So let me get this straight…he opened the gate, delivered the first package, closed the gate, took a picture of the second package IN HIS HAND, opened the gate again, then put the box on the other box.

There are a lot of idiots in this world but I’m not one of them.

Items RUINED by the smell of marijuana. Through three layers of plastic wrapped. Our home still smelled from the package delivered by Anthropology, hours later. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Also now have to return everything because of the delivery driver.

This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve encountered. My package was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I called two days ago and they said the driver didn’t deliver it because there was a closed gate. There was no closed gate. They took the package back to the warehouse. Today I called and waited 45 minutes to talk to someone. They told be it didn’t arrive yesterday because the truck was “overloaded” and had too many packages to be delivered yesterday. I asked why a package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago wasn’t prioritized and delivered. She said “that just isn’t the way it works”. What the hell? Nordstrom was the one that chose this delivery service for my package. I will not be having anything shipped from Nordstrom again.

Since this place has so many bad reviews I thought I’d share my experience

I read the reviews and thought, dang, I’m going to be screwed for Christmas. I ordered a personalized robe from personalization mall and I paid for guaranteed delivery by 12/24. So I fully expected this to come on 12/24

Well they sent an email when they created a label on Friday and then there was no movement no pick up. They picked it up on Monday (today 12/23) said they would deliver by 5pm
If got here on 12/23 at 6. I’m thoroughly satisfied with it. I worked at the post office for 2 years, I know it’s very hard to get stuff out with low staff and increased delivery for holiday and online shopping as a compounding effect.

Terrible.
Absolutely Terrible service.
The delivery man chose to lazily throw the package onto the porch instead of walking the extra steps needed to set it down safely. My ring camera captured the driver throwing the package at my front roor from approximately 15 feet away. I'm just thankful my door wasn't damaged......

I’ve had my package delayed twice now. It was supposed to come in a few days ago. I didn’t care the first time, but this time? It was out for delivery early this morning and now I get another notification that it’s delayed and hasn’t left the facility. I can’t contact customer support. On their website customer support is just a page with a link to track your package and another link to request a quote. At the very least I wish their tracking was accurate.
