Arrived at 10 am and was 5th in line.

As others have mentioned, there are no restrooms for truck drivers they could at least have the courtesy of bringing in a porta John.

Be careful when coming in the entrance they don't have enough sense not to have cars parked in front of their building.

if you're getting ready to leave the dock be very mindful of the pedestrians and their vehicles they move around here like they have absolutely no clue that there are trucks present. And if you happen to be here around 2 p.m. when they do their shift change , you may as well stay in the dock.
The will walk in front of you and behind you as well as driving in front and behind you as well.

When you try and leave the facility at their shift change and have to make the right hand turn out of here don't worry about blocking the entrance block it if you have to and wait for traffic to clear so you can leave.
Some of the employees coming in might shoot you a dirty look but make them wait.

Well it's now 11:50 and I'm finally bumped to the dock. So I've had to wait two hours now just to get to a dock.
Got out of there at 12:30 so about a 40-minute unload

One star is too much for them, completely agreed with fellow truckers, 2 hours since appt time, have not even started working on my load. No public restroom, very slow and unfriendly place. Would not recommend for pickups

Bunch of a**holes working in here. Zero star is too much for these people. Truckers avoid this place if u can, not worth it wasting too much time. Don’t even have washrooms... at least have one u dummy people if u gonna make truckers that much for a load

0 star for this facility and every single person working here , driver stay away , I have app by 12:00 they take by 2pm , all docks are empty but still no one wanna works and make things easy for us , super lazy people

I got lucky with picking up the load. The shipping guy in office was helping and respectful. The loader , Lemont is a chill guy. He explained me that loading will take some time as he has to find the load in the warehouse. Once he got the load, the trailer got loaded in 10 mins.

This place is a complete joke, don’t show up until your appointments, my appt is at 12pm I arrived at 7:30am But they said they can’t unload me because they have a truck at 8am, but no trucks are here to be unloaded it’s 8:30… so I said that truck is late why can’t I get unloaded in his spot, they said no they got to go by appointment only, then they said they couldn’t unload me because they got to make room for the 8am truck, so I said it’s past 8 now if that 8am truck arrived now while you guys are in process of making room would you stop and unload that said truck, they said yeah, so why can’t you stop and unload me in his spot since he’s completely late… so basically they making me wait until my appointment time which will be 4hrs wasted, but they are all at the food truck to eat instead… straight up lazy workers here

I got pretty lucky on this Pickup, went to Check in had to ring the bell a couple times but after that was told to go to dock 79, soon as i parked unloading guy came out to put that lock on my air line, at this moment idk which exit to take ugh I’ll figure it out.

Easy to find location , 2 minutes off the exit , friendly warehouse crew. Unfortunately some young truck drivers demand too much .
