Have to give a negative review: had our shipment in the Chicago terminal for 14 days and could not deliver it. Were given multiple promises, all broken. Finally arrived today in good shape, but inexcusably late. Cost us lost business.

Must be family writing these reviews, Standard Forwarding is not reliable, they missed our pickup that we called in at 10am. we know to call that early due to the repeat of bad service, we called again this morning about the missed pick up. No apologies, just tell you that you are on the board, can't tell me if today will our lucky day for their pickup. Customer Service, please hope you don't get Cindy 🙁 (she is really friendly and helpful) NOT!

All around horrible service when it comes to pick ups, they’re as slow as it gets call them an hour after they’re due and you’ll still be given about another hour waiting time and that’s if you’re lucky enough that they didn’t decide to just say “we can reschedule it tomorrow but that’s about it.” More likely than not if you’re waiting for these guys you shouldn’t have any plans around the pick up, maybe even as far as clearing your schedule the following day as well.
