Terrible, they lost a package with over $1000 worth of merchandise and will not take any claim for it. We've followed up with them 5 times and they lie saying they checked. In the end they just said they lost it. Extremely rude and will provide no proof of them checking up on my package.

I love working with KAS. Best way to do it is to pick up your packages yourself so you don’t have to wait for a carrier to pick up and bring it to you - that can add another 7 days to your shipment. If you can manage grabbing it yourself, packages from China only take 2-3 days. They handle customs quickly and they’re incredibly nice. Best price for import shipping! Entrance is in the back through the alley. Park on the street and walk around. If you need help, or get confused, you can call and ask for Rosie
