I wanted to post this earlier but didn't have the time, This company is shady, we contacted them about a opportunity in regards with shuttling their Lego from Romeoville to elk grove, our representative was Christina out of texas, she explained the rate is low with no real chance of it going up but stated that this will be a long term account with plenty of freight on other accounts to make us a dedicated carrier, I was excited. We were on time or early every time while being micro managed by Christina, after putting other opportunities on a back burner we continued running this account. We kept asking about other opportunities but continued with ill let you know and nothing ever came of it. The straw that broke the camels back was finding out from the warehouse that they were closing that shuttling account, christina or geodis weren't ethical enough to contact us to let us know we learned about it from the fork lift driver. Then directly after that we had -10 degree temps in illinois and I told Christina for us to come out today I'll need more money because the rate doesn't warrant the safety risk on me or my equipment, she paid it but was upset, well your cutting the account without telling us anyways right. These type of people are the parasites in logistics. We went above and beyond what they asked and they couldn't just do the minimum. Shady

Nice staff, everything was really fast.
When arrived park in docks from 12 to 19th after go Inside to check in , they will ask you for your driver license , and PU #, and when they finish to load the trailer the guy will knock your door with the paperwork… les than 30 min .

HAD ONE PALLET TO DELIVER GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT BECAUSE THE FORKLIFT DRIVER DIDN'T WANT TO GET OFF THE FORKLIFT AND OPEN THE DOCK DOOR. ONE PALLET!!!! POS PLACE ONE PALLET HOW LAZY ARE THESE PEOPLE
