Very quick and effective. They got me in and out within 1 hour and that only took longer because he had one truck ahead of me. And did I mention he was working by himself.
Would love to be back. No overnight parking, I didn't find any restroom I could be wrong.

They don't know what they're doing. They gave me a shipment for which my truck was initially loaded with, then offloaded and a different brokers truck was loaded with that same shipment.

They booked this truck for a shipment from Alabama USA to Quebec Canada. The driver waited at the shipper in Alabama for over 3 hours. They held the truck there all afternoon on a FRIDAY. They loaded the truck and then offloaded it and at 4pm on a Friday when we have no chance of getting any other reload back to Canada, they cancel the order. At this point we're left with 2 options, either bring the truck empty all the way to Canada, or pay the driver layover charges for the entire weekend and we/driver misses their next scheduled shipment.

ALG was not willing to help cover any of these costs.

The worst part is the broker "David Vellejo" was unapologetic and had responses like "we don't know what happened with the load", "I'm not a fortune teller to get known what will happen in the future."

When we requested him to reach out to his customer, explain the sitation, and request charges to help us cover some of our expenses for at least laying over the driver until Monday, his response was "Ain’t Gonna happen."

There's many good freight brokers out there, unfortunatly ALG is not one of them.

punctured a hole into a wooden musical instrument by misuse of forklift. gross negligence. admitted fault but refuses to take meaningful financial responsibility for the significant damage, and their claims policy is laughable (pays less than 1% of the total financial damage caused by the company itself)
