Horrible experience. They didn’t even try to bring the refrigerator into the kitchen. I even offered to remove my house door but they were not willing to take away the old one.

Ok. Usually i am not writing and responding to any reviews but this time it blew up my mind. We were working with XPO Logistics for over 7 years. Thanks to Jacob Shawver we are no longer approved carriers with XPO. Reading other reviews I can assume that that person is doing a lot of harm to a small carriers. Also he is behaving like a one person show character and we need to stop him like he stopped us from doing business. His actions are false and sneaky, his emails are harrasing. in our situation we booked a load with Jacob and were were not able to pick up his load due to some issues with delivering previous load. I informed him and explained him the whole situation. Looked like he understood, in the meantime our previous delivery was redirected to customers IA location. the driver headed there and here comes Jacob who decided to track the driver asking for the explanation why he is going to IA. I explained him and then he started attacking me with emails, he also asked to provide the proof I provided that in 9 min. In his emails he said if I am not going to explain that I already did, he will put a note on my company "NO CALL NO SHOW" but You know what he put it like we were DOUBLE BROKERING THE LOADS. How a person can be so pathetic and sneaky even having all tracking showing driver standing in one place since 7AM till 15.00 and be so desperate to do so -DOUBLE BROKERING!!! So small carriers beware of this guy- god forbid you would fall off the he will eat you like a desert.

Started unloading us at our appointment time and had us done within 45 minutes! It’s a little tight to get backed up to the dock in the back though.

I would like put Brokers name from xpo. Gregory Page. X56083. Never work with him . He lies to his customers then not picking up phones .. not solving problems and droping phones. I sugesst no carrier should work with this person anymore. And he say one thing amd then never pay detention

XPO Global Logistics is the worst freight carrier and global forwarding company ever. This is in our experience of working with FedEx, UPS, YRC, TNT, DHL and various other smaller carriers and ocean and air freight carriers. We will never work XPO ever again and strongly recommend all customers to use other companies for your needs

Jacob just paid $75 for TONU fee. Unfair and unbelievable. He is treating drivers like garbage. Stay away from this guy.
