First time at Daves hot chicken and it really wasn't anything to brag about. IMO It was over seasoned and was very salty. I ordered the medium heat chicken tenders and could not finish them. They are seasoned with a rub that was just to much. The cashier spoke very fast I couldn't understand anything she said. To be fair we even had a plain tender and it wasn't that great. Not a fan.

We ordered Dave’s tenders meals and drinks. The chicken is moist & delicious and flavors are great. The service is quick too most of the time. This place is open till late and is Zabiha halal.
The ambience is typical fast food restaurant with loud music and self serve. I recently started using their app which is a great way to collect points and redeem them for drinks/food.

This Dave’s Hot Chicken location truly stands out thanks to the exceptional service provided by John and Jacquelyn. Their customer service was beyond impressive. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt welcome. On top of that, the food was exemplary, perfectly cooked, and served quickly. Craving Nashville hot chicken?

We recently went to the one at 3643 N. Western in Chicago.

The menu is simple, but the food is anything, but.

We tried:
Daves #2: 2 sliders with cheesy fries
Daves #3: 1 tender and 1 slider with cheesy fries

1 top loaded oreo shake
1 top loaded m&m shake

all sliders are served with kale slaw, pickles and Daves special sauce
*all tenders are served with slices bread, pickles and Dave's special sauce*

This is not really a "slider"by any means. The pieces of chicken are large and thick, it just spills out of the bun. These sliders are full size sandwiches.

We liked the fries better without the cheese, however, if you like cheesy fries, by all means get them.

We had both the no spice and mild chicken, and both were juicy and delicious!

Try Dave's Hot Chicken for yourself, this will quickly become your favorite Hot Chicken sandwich place!

I have never tried better chicken like that.
The service team was very friendly.
The chicken was vers smooth, crunchy and tasted very good.
It‘s a must try and the best chicken in Chicago for sure.

If you ❤️‍🔥 chicken and a good challenge, this place is IT! Dave’s ‘Very Hot 🔥🔥🔥’ tenders are no joke—spicy enough to make grown men cry (yes, I’ve seen it happen in the mirror).
These bad boys hit so hard, you’ll be questioning life choices between bites—and loving every second of it. I’m here every Thursday with my cousin, sweating, crying, and grinning like fools.

Second time coming here and it once again hit the spot! The staff is very welcoming with their “Welcome in!” and right away acknowledging you making you feel like you really are welcomed. If you go definitely try their new loaded fries they were so good! The slider is also a must try!
