I love this store, I get how people can think the man is rude but if you give him a shot he’s actually a really nice man. He was patient with my son and I, went out of his way to find the right size and was giving us suggestions as to what we might like as we didn’t know exactly what we were going to purchase and after trying on many items we finally found our fit. It was a good experience.

**This old man is a racist. I haven't been in the US for long, and my English is not fluent. I tried on two T-shirts and asked if there were new ones available because the shoulders of the T-shirts were stretched out. He said there were no new products. So when we said we would come back next time, he said 'no more bother' to us and called us 'idiots' as we were leaving. We were only in the store for about 10 minutes. If you want the worst experience, annoyed expressions when asking questions, and to be insulted, visit this place.

I don't know how good of a technician he is. But he will curse at you if you don't buy anything after asking him questions about what you want. Very bad experience. Just don't go there if you want to explore what's in the store. Rude man.

Took 4 pants in to get alterations. He did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations, all for a very very fair price as well. I will definitely be coming back.

I have two jobs, 7 days, not enough clothes and it's hard to buy them because store hours and work schedule. I get here just before he opens and he is OPEN (star 1) . I ask, he gets me to what I need, easy. (star 2) I try on, I'm a tiny miniscule man, all pants are too long. He tailors! (star 3) For free! Saves me the additional tailoring fee. (star 4). But I have to get to work. He will do it, 2 pairs of pants, twenty minutes. (no way, this guy) WAY. Less than 20 (star 5+). My new #1 go-to.
