45 minutes late for a pickup to drive to 37 miles to Chicago. Unacceptable. A phone call to inquire about driver's whereabouts was met with rude indifference. Two calls leaving messages for the owner have gone unreturned. Not a smart business practice. While the drivers are helpful and polite...I wull use another car service.

All of the drivers and office personnel are fantastic. I have received wonderful customer service, drivers are friendly, polite, patient, understanding and professional. They provide assistance to me when I need it. I have had several occasions where I needed to leave work well before the regular scheduled trip time, and they moved the drivers' routes and schedules to ensure that I was ipicked up as soon as possible. I am so very grateful to everyone for each kindness.

I am adding to this review. I can say that I am still getting to and from work via Freedom. I have been through a lot. ALL of the drivers are focused on the customer, are professional, and very helpful. They are very nice and patient. I am so grateful for everything; I always let the driver know. Please pass this on to all of the drivers. This also applies to the office staff, who are very helpful.

I want to commend this great company for a job well done and specifically the dispatcher Carmen. Ms. Carmen is always helpful and courteous whenever I call about questions for my dad's rides. She is kind and patient with us. Without this company, my dad would not be able to get to his appointments safely and On time.

We used your service today to get my mom to a scheduled doctor's appointment in the Orland Park area. First, the driver arrived 15 minutes late for the initial pickup. Therefore, we arrived late to the appointment. The appointment lasted one hour and 15 minutes. Upon leaving the office, the driver and vehicle were nowhere to be found. We called the contact number we were given to check on the ride home. The woman we spoke to informed us, rather rudely, that drivers do not wait past the scheduled pick up time. However, we were never told there was a time or deadline for the departure back. She then told us we needed to find our own way back, they couldn't help. Thankfully, we found a different ambulatory service to provide us a ride back. It was a 3 hour wait for this new driving arrangement. I do not recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Freedom 1st Transportation. Kim is the best. She will try her best to accommodate u on making sure u have a ride when needed. My last ride I had to 2 different people for pick & drop off and I had no complaints. I recommend this transportation company.
