Walked into the shipping office at 730am stood there 2 ladies in office. Not 1 of them said good morning, hold on for a moment or can I help you? The 2nd gal further back seen me and said nothing and kept working.
(Not customer service friendly at all)
The gal closer to the glass window kept working and didn't say anything then asked me my PO#

Make sure you have your information b4 coming to check into shipping
1. Truck & Trailer
2. Your DOT#
3. Truck license plate #
4. Drivers license/CdL

Gave me a door right away. Just be careful not to get door 26 alot of drivers struggle with the back just cause where it is. At least they are nice to give drivers another door.

Still waiting It's 936am and alot more trucks are puling into doors. Finally got the call at 944am.

Drive down to door 53 make sure u return their black & yellow chocker. Sign papers n always put straps or load bars to hold product.

As of right now road heading to this facility is closed if your coming in by the truck stop at the intersection on the right hand side. Detour all the way around turn left follow alongside 290 bridge for about 2 miles turn right fo under bridge follow detour signs look for Odyssey Sign out front. It's a one way in and out. Drivers door are right off to the left after you turn back in the dock area. MUST HAVE PU# DRIVERS LICENSE D.O.T.# TRUCK AND TRAILER # AND LICENSE PLATE# TO YOUR TRUCK!!!!!! I arrived about 1 hour 30 minutes early didn't seem to be a problem. You'll get assigned a dock. Mine had a trailer in it called the number to the facility someone answered asked me if any close to it were open told them which one was had me back into that one. Mist grab a wheel chock when checking in. Will not receive paperwork if you don't grab one and turn it in after your done getting unloaded. Arrived at 7:31 A.M. for 9 a.m. appointment. I departed at 10:35a.m. took a while to get loaded. One of those feel your trailer getting a pallet put on one every 5-8 minutes with a couple 10-15 minutes between feeling forklift driving onto trailer. Was about 20-25 minutes maybe a little more after done getting loaded before I got the call from receiving woman telling me I was done confirm which door I was in. When you leave you'll go down by dock 53 on the way out at the complete end bring wheel chock in sign your paperwork then THEY WILL come out confirm trailer number and seal your trailer for you themselves. Staff were professional and friendly. I lost my I.D. about 2 weeks ago at a different shipper somehow so my company sent email of mine they have on file. They allowed me to email them a copy of it to receive my load. Backing is tight if your there on during congested time frames and backing between 2 trailers. So be aware of that. Very little room to swing your truck back around but far from impossible just make sure you set up correct or it'll be difficult. ALOT of in and out traffic as well. IDK if they have overnight parking sorry! 4 stars for staff professionalism and friendliness 2 stars are for the SLOW and dragged out loading process. Facilities like this don't care and will never care about drivers clock or in my case had same day delivery to Traverse City Michigan and if loaded in a fair amount of time could've still made my delivery but had me arriving 45 minutes after they closed being stuck here for 3 hours so delivery pushed back until the following morning which caused me to lose out on an extra load and miles for the week. Have all of your paperwork arrive a little early it'll go smooth long but smooth you'll be able to split sleeper here that's for sure

Nice people quick in and out . Show up 7am for 10am pick up appointment got door right away out by 8am . Make bring your dot and tractor plate number

These people are so slow been here since 10 am, and it's now 230pm and don't know when I'll be able to leave. This is ridiculous
