The employees were literally laying in the lobby when we walked in. The restaurant was filthy, one of the workers behind the counter burped loudly. She then looked my family up and down and said "we don't have anything to drink with the food, so you might as well leave". We turned to leave and the employees laughed and said things like bye and see ya! The employees of this location were rude and unprofessional. They should clean house or lock the doors.

Never in my life have i ever experienced a food place as rude as this one. Our mouths DROPPED the way the person talked and in the drive through didn’t give me a chance to even answer bc of drive through time? We barley had time to even see the f-ing menu. The amount of anger I had is def making its way to corporate. Then rudest place I have ever been

Dine-in. Don’t stop here. The place is dirty and service is terrible. The only drinks available were Dt Pepsi, Mt Dew and lemonade. No ice tea was available. No ice for fountain drinks in the lobby. Had to ask counter person for ice from the back. The young lady working the drive thru complained very loudly every time a car came up to order. We won’t be going back.

WOWOWOWOW my mind is blown this is the worst place I have ever visited! In simple terms DO NOT GO HERE.
Let me break it down: bathrooms nasty! Sticky floors tissue paper everywhere and no paper towels.
The restaurant itself was gross and had broken tablets and the floor was filled with water (due to a leak) which is pictured.
The soda fountain was filled with old soda spilled and not cleaned up.
Now on to food. One they messed up the order entirely. I am a vegetarian and I always get the bean burrito. I had a hunch to look inside the burrito and I am glad I did! The bean burrito had chicken in it. I also ordered a potato taco and after ordering and paying they informed me that they didn’t have potatoes (then proceeded to laugh with the manager saying someone burned them). Smh super unprofessional. Sad to say I love Taco Bell but you could pay me to eat here and I wouldn’t even go. Trash place and trash customer service. Honestly close this Taco Bell down I am sure they are breaking all violations. FYI this is a KFC with Taco Bell.
Don’t get my started on the KFC
My sister ordered a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock and not fresh, cold to the touch. Again I don’t recommend this to anyone
