Awful experience! Needed my grandfathers cancer medication shipped and there is no one to contact at this location! All I keep hearing is that the “truck broke down”. How has it broke down 2-3 days in a row? Is there no other truck? He has been out of the medication for 4 going on 5 days now even with paying for the expedited shopping! Now I am going to go get it and there is no promise my package will even be at the site! 0/10 experience!

DHL in this place is INSANE. 3 times I had package shipped from Japan at Thursday midnight and delivered on Friday at West Chicago. The tracking shows when my package arrived at morning it got delivery instantly. Big up at this place and the Cincinnati hub!

Quick unloading maybe like 45mins. Backing to the dock could be not comfortable for some drivers it is kind a tight. Nice people. They can let you use their restroom if you ask them nicely!? Overnight parking maybe available on the streets tho!

I had no idea what I was doing when I had to ship medicine to Mexico but Jawuana was an incredible help. She made the whole process easy, I was in and out no time at all.
