Staff was extremely nice and professional. The reason for only good is that before I pull out of the parking lot something told me to check the lift gate. And sure enough it didn't work. So I had to wait about another 30 plus minutes why the repaired it. I am glad that I checked before I left because a service call would have been more time that that.
