I had the best experience in Rush Truck center. I brought my truck for DPF problem. It was shutting down every two minutes. The service department provided me written estimate with fair repair cost and parts price. The mechanic explained to me what is the problem and how long is going to take to fix it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Specially the service department manager Casey Danko, she is amazing. She stayed late 3 hr to finish repairing my truck. She helped me book hotel room and gave me ride. Great customer service. I cannot thank her enough. Good people work here. Keep the good work.

Owner operators if you want a dealership with that old school mechanic thinking where pride in doing a great job is key this is the shop. Not having you as a one time customer but one for life, This is the shop. I live in Kansas City Kansas I drive past plenty of shops to get to this shop.

Don't waste your time. They tell you they can look at your truck, then once they've wasted your day, it will be 2 more days before they can even diagnose the problem. Went to T/A and was fixed in 2 hours.
