Phil was excellent to work with. We had two recent repairs. One repair was with an exterior leak that caused extensive molding over half of the flooring and needed to be removed as well as the mold. The second repair involved the wheel drum that exploded while on the road. Throughout the repairs, Phil and his crew responded immediately and reassured us that they were going to make everything right. We had a planned departure date for a snowboard trip. Phil not only exceeded our expectations with the repairs but finished in time for out trip.

They did a difficult repair on my camper. The owners were right there answering my questions the whole time. They stood behind their work, the way people with pride in their workmanship do. Something needed tweaking on the repair (not their fault as it worked when I left but broke again when I got home. It was an issue No one else could fix including the dealer.) and when I called them they had me bring the camper back right away sale day. Owner personally fixed it while I stood by and watched and had good conversation. Very good place to get work done. I’ll be back, next time something breaks.

I heard about Kendall County Repair from a friend. I chose them because of the proximity. My camper needed a lot of work to replace the roof. Phil took the time to explain all the work required to get it "ship-shape". The cost was more than I can handle since it was just before the Christmas holiday. We worked out a plan that got the work completed. I greatly appreciate Phil's concern for his customers and providing quality service. Went there again recently for additional work. Same quality of service again as before. I won't go to any other. Thank you for providing a job well done.

I took my Class C RV to Kendall Co Repair for the first time last week for general maintenance and inspection. Phil and his staff were excellent and very professional. Phil answered all my questions and even stayed around a little late after closing time to chat about the RV industry. He definitely knows his stuff! Phil has also taken the time to answer a few phone calls from me when I know they have been very busy. It was much appreciated and I will definitely be going back!

Kendall County Repair is by far the best choice in the area. After having my camper at another shop for a month, and it never even being touched, I picked it up and brought it to this shop off a reference from a friend. I can't even explain how much Phil and his guys helped me out working on my camper. They not only went to bat for me when the insurance company was giving me a hard time, but as soon as we pulled the trigger on the repairs, they started "gripping and ripping" on it and had me back in my fifth wheel in a week. There was a lot of water damage and the crew at Kendall County Repair went above and beyond to ensure I would no longer have problems. Anything these guys fixed, they fixed it better than the manufacturer. I have and would recommend anyone to visit this shop if they want great repairs and great customer service. I have had some work done on my diesel truck as well and as long as I am in the area, I will continue to use Kendall County Repair for anything I can.

Stopped in with some concerns of water damage in our our toy hauler and was given a thorough inspection by Phil who pointed out all of the areas of concern as well as some areas that I had not noticed. Phil spent 30 minutes with me in detail going over the issues and did not charge me a thing. I will definitely be back for future service.
