Don't show up on time to open and don't stay open as long as they say they will. Been sitting here since yesterday at 1530 21st of Jan and still haven't seen them and it's the 22nd now, they opened at 8 it's now almost 9. And their phone just goes to voicemail.

I used this company to ship some items using ocean freight. I was told it would be "X" cost so i agreed and said that's fine and I will pay it when it comes. So firstly, It took over 3 months to be delivered and when I asked some weeks before if it was shipped I was told yes it was shipped out on so and so date, only to know when I called the following week to get an update I was told nothing was shipped out then and it's now being shipped out so that created a further two week wait period. Now when the shipment arrived, I was told I have to pay a further sum of money which is 3x the cost of my actual "promised cost." Their excuse was that it's for the port because "I don't know how the port works and they charge heavy." I checked the cost of the same items with another shipping company and I have you know, it comes up a lot cheaper...my advise, try another company, these people only know how to rip you off left right and centre.
