Please don’t use them if you don’t speak Spanish been there for 20 mins no one serve me I watch couple people came speaking Spanish and got served and the company shuts down at 12 for a hour service are bad one person doing checking and forklift

Unnecessary confusion for drivers coming here. It's FCFS but there is no way to know your spot in line because there is no real check in process. Truck come in from 2 different openings and park anywhere they can fit. Drivers asking each other who is next to dock.

Been there several times. It's mis managed from the top, not it's workers. They have 1 person receiving boxes and unloading trucks...this is a job for 2 people, not one. Not efficient when have a line of customers bringing boxes to export. I know of drivers who hate going there. Top 2 of worst.places to ship items.

Requested a quote on 1/20/2020........ Still waiting on the quote on 1/28/2020......... Terrible communication. Even worse customer service. Maybe I will obtain my quote in 2021. Simple quote. Move goods from Aruba to the USA. Awards. All information was provided.
