Enter Plant from South side of Middle Road or Co. Rd. 416, do not enter from North Side, Drivers get stopped by residents and end up being late for appt. North Entrance is visibly marked No Trucks, road is narrow. South Side is new pavement, wider roads and Truck pull offs. 1 Driver was actually pulled from cab of truck, beaten and left in a pool of blood and piss and wrong road spray painted on side of Truck door.

My experience was actually not too bad, getting here is kinda funky though. Check out the picture. Follow the green line, do NOT use the streets marked in red. People will jump in front of you and yell at you. Once you have arrived, follow the blue line to get to the shipping building.

When you enter the plant there is a little security shack to the left. No need to stop there unless you have any questions. On the opposite side there is a sign with directions to the various departments. Overall the signage here is done very well and easy to make out. Shipping is at building A, the southernmost building. The entrance to the shipping office is at the north side of the building. Huge sign, impossible to miss. The shipping clerks were very friendly. If you pick up a load for Canada, bring your ACI stickers with you when you check in, they need them right away.

Loading took a little longer than I would have liked, but still within reason (about three hours for a full TL). Plenty of room to maneuver. They ask you to disconnect the red airline once you've bumped the dock, but I never had anyone come out to actually check that.

Clean bathrooms and vending machines right past the shipping office, and they let you sleep there overnight if you ask nicely.

Other than actually getting there and the slightly longer loading time it was actually quite decent and I wouldn't mind coming back here.

My experience was good.. shipping lady was nice and polite.. appt time 12pm.. came at 7am.. got door right away.. took 2hour..out at 10:15am.. going to canada take pars sticker with you.. overnight parking yes..

Very friendly, kind and professional, even though my appointment was late, but they did their best to prepare my load earlier, the only place I have seen in America that cares about the drivers' time, especially the young lady who is very responsible with a kind heart
SOS Just be very careful to find the address, the Truck GPS may not give the right way
The correct entrance street has the company's sign, there is no other entrance for trucks

Loading before appointment.
Shipping office in block-A. hv to unhook the trailer for loading. They giv you a vibrating pager.
Interstate hwy-65 // exit-181 // local hwy-14 // local hwy-9 // u can see the follow truck route easily..
