No one answers the calls. No one helps you when you deliver cargo. . My driver was forced to wait because someone was having lunch at 2:30 Pm and no one else would accept our cargo.

Es lamentable leer los comentarios negativos de muchas personas, lo cuales considero malintencionados. Cuando quieran saber si una empresa es mala, conozcan a la competencia para que se den cuenta que adonde están son los mejores. Muchas veces los servicios no dependen directamente del Freight Forwarder , sobre todo, cuando los envíos son para Venezuela, ya que cada carga hacia Venezuela tiene un historial, porque así es Venezuela. En mi experiencia personal son altamente capacitados para hacer el trabajo que desempeñan en los años de servicio que tengo con ellos, no puedo decir que no haya tenido inconvenientes como siempre pueda verlos, pero todos han sido solucionados. Mi recomendación es que si tienen una relación directa de trabajo y sobretodo en años con esa empresa, manténganse porque han crecido enormemente y manejan carga con mucho profesionalismo.

Llevaba 5 años siendo cliente fiel a planet Logistics pero mi última experiencia me hará descartarlos. Envié en Octubre 4 cajas. Solo llegaron tres y a un mes de diferencia sin llegar la cuarta! Andrea de manera muy despectiva solo responde que salieron juntas pero se entregarán separadas… Quien entiende eso? Por favor… Hay que respetar a los clientes…
