DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! The experience I had was disastrous! They sold me the racks with wrong measurements. I had called and written the seller Miguel several times for four days and never responded. When I was finally able to get through, I had explained what happened and he charged me again to fix the problem!! They also didn’t give me the correct screws. They were too small! The people that I spoke to didn’t know how to resolve anything and had a disgusting attitude. They don’t give any guarantee either. They were happy to collect my money and lacked in morals and ethics, respect, customer service and satisfaction. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SHUT THIS PLCAE DOWN SO THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN EXPERIENCE WHAT I WENT THROUGH !!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

This company is by far the best one in the racking supplier business. Their workers were very fast and efficient, my racks were up in a very safely matter in no time, the prices were very fair compared to the rest of the outrageous market.
