They sleep in the office between 12:00-13:00 hr and check ur weight had 40000 in second axel and very long hours 8:00 or more no English maybe u will find one bilingual by luck .

Arrived early and security was on the spot helping me back in into the dock with all of the dropped containers in the way. Staff came in early and I was unloaded in less than a hour 😅 🙃.

Whoever Mel is that answers the phone has poor communication skills and is rude for no reason. Im trying ro deliver a load to them and she refused to let me speak to somebody in receiving who could answer my questions specifically for product you guys paid for and you made an appt for so i know u want it. Tony emailed me & tried to do damage control only to ask me to revise or remove my google review. Never even tried to call me to answer my questions. These people are a joke. This company is horrible. I will never do another run for this place.

The worst company ever. Absolutely unprofessional and rude staff. They can do nothing but only say “we don’t know”. Customer service representative yelled out n me and declined to provide her name. I’ll never have any business with them. Just another one corrupted by uneducated people company in Miami

Very unprofessional. Took 2 weeks to deliver 7 pallets locally, when promised to deliver within 2-3 days. Bad customer service. Lied over and over again. Will not conduct business with them ever again.

Very unorganized, evidently these people here think white people don't speak Spanish well just bc we are in Miami don't mean this is not the usa , I can't stand when men start thinking they intimate me n speaking Spanish thinking you don't understand them , joke for a company
