#636670. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY TRANSPORTED MY CAR FROM CALIFORNIA TO FLORIDA, AND DAMAGE IT NOW NO ONE WANTS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES, I HAD 2 ESTIMATES, BOTH CAME IN AT 3,000 in repairs! AND IM GETTING THE RUNAROUND CAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT YO FIX THE CAR! O TOTALLY REGRETTED USING THIS COMPANY! IM GETTING AN ATTORNEY!

Amazing Service! I was a little skeptical about having my sons brand new car being shipped, however Reginald out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl reassured me that everything would be fine. He was polite and professional and answered every question I had and believe me I had several, nevertheless he explained the process and gave me all the details before booking. Long story short , my son revived his new car safe and sound. I highly recommend this company, no hidden fees or up charges and professional service. Great experience, awesome service!! I was really hesitant on shipping my vehicle. The last couple of years, service industries overall have really taken a hit so I really was not sure what to expect. I shopped around, and was helped by Steve out of the Orlando office. He was very professional, did not pressure me, was no BS and straight forward. I had very specific pick up and drop off times, and he went out of his way to work with me, and give me ALL the shipping details before trying to force me to book anything! The carrier they booked (Luxury Auto Carriers) was amazing, and also went out of their way on very short notice to pick up my vehicle on time, and delivered just a couple days later. Both communicated throughout the whole process!

The bottom line, the process was so incredibly smooth and my vehicle made it safe. Shop around! I highly recommend, do not just go with the first large sponsored companies that generate on your search. Some of those companies I found had SOO many hidden fees, extra expenses, fluctuating prices and schedules, and were so quick on forcing you to book before confirming anything or providing additional scheduling information. Hope this helps!

Do NOT use this company. 1 star is too high a rating for the service, or lack there of that they provided. I worked with Junior or JR. At first everything was going well. I got a quote from him and gave him an estimated date for pickup.
Moving closer and closer to the date, I was contacting him multiple times a day and leaving multiple voice messages but he had a different excuse for not getting back to me every time. He said that I was "changing the time of pick up" when in reality he never even gave me a time tot begin with. When I kept asking for a time and date confirmation, it was always the excuse of "I haven't heard back from the driver" or "i'm busy with family". He also said I kept changing the date when I changed it once and he agreed with it saying "yeah that shouldn't be a problem" but later on said "You kept changing the dates" and that we "should get the dates right next time".

I had a horrible experience and their unreliability surpassed anything I have ever experienced before.
