I loved you but now y’all suck. Salad like two days past. Didn’t include sauce that I ordered. Nest part is dry chicken. In person is good DoorDash normally good but way under par tonight

Fortunate to find this gem, I enjoyed Pollo tropical a lot when they were in Texas back in 2015, since they moved out I will never miss a chance to stop by at this restaurant if I were to travel to Florida.

Hoping to see them back again in the growing Texas again.

I keep giving this store multiple chances, more than I should. The food is delicious but when I order through door dash whether its delivery or pickup my order is never right. I am either missing items or receive the wrong sized item.
I just received my doordash, ordered a whole chicken and a family sized pork for my family and I am completely missing the pork. Extremely disappointing because I love the food so much.

I ate lunch at Pollo Tropical many times several years ago. The food and service were always outstanding. I had not been there for several years but was in the area today so I decided to eat lunch there. I was very disappointed. The place has gone downhill. The menu has changed. They no longer have Caribbean Corn Souffle or red beans. The chicken pieces were small and very dry. The white rice and black beans were too salty. They removed the center island with the condiments, tea, etc. I also noticed that they no longer have beer, not that it matters to me. They no longer bring your order to your table. The mango ice tea is still good and the young man who took my order was very nice.

Also, the dining area was not very clean. The men's restroom was filthy. I doubt I will ever eat there again.

Restaurant was relatively clean, all of the staff were very friendly. My order was taken with ease, I recommend using the app for points and freebies, and everything came out great.

I own a restaurant my self and I know it's hard to keep up when it's busy but for no reason they can treat people the way they treated me today. First order some chicken wait was over 30 minutes I tried to order the steak but they didn't have enough for my order tried to order the crispy chicken and the guy was giving me an attitude because he didn't have it ready either so what was I supposed to order if they didn't have anything in the menu ready so I canceled my order and left to another restaurant. If I owned these place I would definitely need to hire a new manager maybe a few better employees because if it keeps going the way it is you all won't stay open for much longer. I doubt I will return to these place.
