JD was absolutely amazing! Since I don’t get massages often, he went above and beyond, paying extra attention to my problem areas and making sure I felt totally cared for. He even gave me tips to manage them at home, which was so thoughtful. And the surprise bonus? Skincare advice! Totally unexpected and so appreciated—what a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend and request JD!

UPDATE: To cancel your membership you must go in person Mon-Fri during specific hours. This is a NEW policy at THIS location. Something to consider before joining!
TERRIBLE customer service and high turnover. This location has been through so many therapists so it's difficult to ever get the same person. It is likely due to leadership or lack thereof. The manager Angelina is extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. As a long-time customer of more than 6 years, I was simply inquiring about my account and Angelina was arrogant, abrupt, and irritated in her responses. I still do not have the answers that I needed. There are MANY options out there in St. Pete. I would suggest choosing one that values their customers.

I went in with a tight back especially my shoulder & lower back as well as my calves. I tend to be on the sensitive side as far as pressure I had Cristina (Aguirre) and she was AMAZING!!! Her hands hold a powerful and healing component and her energy was calming. She’s very talented and very nice. I don’t live in St. Pete or even in the state but I go often and I will continue to go there to experience Ms. Cristina ☺️✨🤍✨

I actually have been to this location a number of times and will say that the staff has been nothing but pleasant and the massages were reasonably priced. They sold us on a once a month massage membership which brought the price of the massage down significantly. However, trying to cancel is extremely difficult. We were told that a new owner requires that cancellation be done in person. When I went in person later that week, I was told that not only do you have to cancel in person but that the manager has to be there who works during daytime hours. I asked to see what I signed for the membership and after reviewing it, didn’t see anything which indicated that I could only cancel if I was in person with a manager present. My experience with trying to cancel the membership is why I’m giving them one star. That policy is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly pointless. It made it very time consuming for me when it really should just be an email. I wish the staff the best however as they were excellent!

1 star is to much. I was there on monday. I seen massage therapist Karen. Not only did they try to change my appointment start time day of. I was only given 45mins of my hour massage. Per the front desk next time I should try a facial as they give you, your whole time paid for. Told her I don't want a facial if I pay for an hour massage that is what I should get. She apologized and stated yeah they do this all the time. Maybe someone needs to take to the providers, cause if a service is paid for service needs to be rendered as such. Will never go back here, the lack of care for their customers is atrocious. I will drive to Tampa vs ever going to this location again. Massage wasn't even all that good for a deep tissue. Go to massage envy people. Not here where they don't value your business.

I had the best facial ever!!! My bestie took me for the first time for a facial and let me say Lex was awesome! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and super funny. She did such a great job made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and I left with a nice glow that I haven't seen my skin have in a very long time. I really like the service and will be back for another facial.

I love this place! Best massages I have gotten. They are all very professional, kind, and the massage therapists are all experienced, skilled and I always feel like I get exactly what I needed. Best monthly subscription I have ever done!
