Superior Fencing of Largo was highly recommended to me by a friend who father has a history of being a great house builder in Pinellas County. So after seeing their work on her own fence, I was excited to give them a call. At first, it took weeks to get it installed. I was first asked for a tree to be removed by the estimator. When the fence installer came, he ask another tree be removed and some of my neighbors bamboo trees trimmed. The tree company who cut the first tree came to give an estimate and was willing to talk to my neighbor for consent to trim her bamboo trees. With my neighbor's blessing the job was done with my neighbor's satisfaction as well as my own. The fence installers arrived and installed the fence. A contractor from the tree cutting company was present only to grind the stump of the first tree that was cut. It was on the property line of my other neighbor. It was present in my house if any issues needed to be addressed. There was no communication from the fence installer that he was leaving. After the first day of installation, I received a text message with a picture of her bamboo and acacias cut. I immediately emailed a message to Mike Crosby, the manager. He came the following day. Unfortunately, I was elsewhere and not able to be present. He spoke to my neighbor and the fence installer. He was told that the damage done by the tree company. My neighbor, the tree removal company and I deny it. I have contacted Mike with a formal explanation and pictures to prove the damage done and no response. I can vouch that the fence was installed perfectly, but would like to hear that my neighbor 's issue is resolved.

Called in late October for four posts to be replaced after storms. Took our money in a few days. It now first week of March and nothing. Calling attorney tomorrow. Received deposit check in mail with no explanation. We bought a $16k fence from them and have absolutely zero customer service. They told me 8-10 weeks in December. It is MARCH! I called earlier this week, was told the scheduling manager would call me to let me know the timeline. Never got a call after 3 days. If they had communicated, it nay have been different. BUYER BEWARE!

Gentleman who gave estimate was very helpful. Office staff were always available and returned calls quickly. Installers were very professional and explained the maintenance process. But………ask about the "Lifetime Warranty" and how wonderful it is. Bwahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

As of August 2022 still have heard nothing of “repair” covered under the “Lifetime Warranty” This has been going on since December 2018.

We love our new vinyl fence. Everyone was professional and courteous from the sales staff to the installers. Our installers, Tim and Logan, worked hard and did a wonderful job. They even worked in the rain for a couple hours to finish the install. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail.

Beautiful fence!! Excellent workmanship. Their estimate was in line with others we received. The tipping point was they are the Home Depot installers for Southern Florida and they use their own employees - no subs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the broken promise of having the neighbors side secured between day 1 and 2 of the installation. It was left open. They have dogs and we have cats so it wasn't ideal but nothing traumatic. If that's a must for you, be sure to add it to the contract and make it clear with the estimator, scheduler and installer.

I just want to thank Superior Fence for the amazing work they did. They took all of my old fence and put up a beautiful white PVC fence in 2 days. The gentlemen who put did the work and his grandson did such an amazing job I will be referring everyone to them.
