The worst experience with a company, I have used the company before but this time it has been the worst, it turns out that this company has a loss policy that favors the thieves that it has working in it, they say they put black film and tape again orange to the boxes Before they leave their warehouse, it turns out that they do not, what they do is put the tape in a ready way so that the accomplice they have in Colombia can extract the valuables from the box, the The service from the staff in the office is terrible, the only one who suddenly puts her face is a lady named Gloria, this company is used to facilitating the theft of the belongings that we pay to transport, all they do is give her responsibilities to a third party that they hire, thank goodness that here if you can report this kind of arbitrariness and already file a complaint with the "BBB" and in the superior court of Union Ni County, it improved r is to have evidence of what they do and the photographs are one of them, somehow the customers make fun of us with a discount of 30 pounds of shipping the next time their service is used, who with the experience already had you are going to use them again, they are a nest of shameless and thieves who try to change terms saying that the "merchandise" was lost in transport, they are not infamous it is theft, theft and conspiracy to commit a crime, hopefully their legal representative can prove otherwise way in court.

After 4 years you response and try to help? After your crew treat the customers and trick them ? You should be ashamed replying trying to cover the disgraceful actitud from your employees and the lack of honestly of them

Horrible customer service you call to ask for an update on your box the representative who answer the young women is so rude gives you attitude you can hear her puffing through the phone. From the moment you answer. Poor customer service needs to have better etiquette thank you to us customer she wouldn't have paycheck and wouldn't have a job. Horrible customer service hope something is done teach there employees better customer service and be nicer on the phone.

Horrible service. They just called me and told me I had to pay extra $70 because the box that I sent with used clothes was in customs in Bogota, Colombia. So, I paid the money so my family can get the box. Hopefully they will receive it. I will keep you posted. I won't ever use this company ever again. I paid extra $5 dollar when I first sent the box for insurance. They told me they had nothing to do with costumes and that they aren't responsible. so...never again.

In Snohomish county, April 7th at 1:28pm, on Interstate 5, we were driving minding our own business. A trucker with some sort of hat on his head driving a maroon Volvo and white trailer decided to cut us off out of nowhere. We passed the truck and he proceeded to tailgate us and cut off several other vehicles at the same time. Hoping someone makes sure that this guy doesn’t cause a pileup just like the one that we drove by 5 minutes before in the opposite side of the median.

I hope you will be so happy because of your terrible service! Thanks to you, hundreds of poor children from some Colombian Homes, won´t receive donations that some Americans usually sent them every Christmas. Last year was the first time they used J&V Cargo Services ...and of course it was the last one!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST! and our children thanks to you and Continental Union Group in Bogotá, won´t have any present, ´cause the boxes trip, which arrived opened just on February 8th, was a real nightmare for Mr Oscar Vergara, the person who trusted in your services!

It was my first time using this service ... they stole a couple things ( sneakers, t shirts, underwear) . So sad how people plays with other people money, time and trust! So upset right now!
