I’ve used four moving companies in the past, and while each had its ups and downs, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this was so frustrating I had to share. Here are some key points from my experience:

Pick up
• I paid for full service, which included packing, unloading, dismantling when needed, and reassembling items upon arrival. They didn’t pack everything, and at one point, they claimed everything was packed, but they left my entire bathroom and even my air fryer and rice cooker in the kitchen unpacked. When I pointed it out, they said “oh yea we’ll pack it for you” like it was favor.
• Before the movers arrived, I sent them photos of my entire apartment, including the closet and items in drawers. Based on that, they suggested I’d need 20 boxes. When they arrived, they suddenly claimed I needed 40 and charged me extra for the additional boxes.
• They ran out of boxes, so they used duffle bags I had laying around to pack things. They also didn’t bring TV boxes, despite me specifically telling them I had two TVs.
• They offered me a $500 discount if I left them a 5-star review. Now I understand why they have so many glowing reviews on Google.

Drop off
• My items were in storage for two months. I contacted them two weeks before the scheduled drop-off and provided a two-day window (March 8 or 9). They confirmed March 9. However, 24 hours before the scheduled date, they told me they couldn’t make it and would follow up mid-week. When I called on Wednesday, March 12, they said it would be Friday, March 14, then pushed it to Saturday, March 15. When I called again on Saturday, they told me Sunday, March 16, “for sure” and asked me to confirm a time. I reserved the freight elevator from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Sunday, I confirmed again, and they said they wouldn’t arrive until 2-4 p.m. They showed up at 5 p.m.
• When they finally arrived and unloaded everything, they didn’t unwrap or assemble anything. When I asked why, they said they were hungry and would come back after eating (it was already 7 p.m.). I knew they weren’t coming back, and sure enough, they didn’t.
• They charged me an extra long haul fee. While I understand that each company has its own distance threshold for this charge, this was by far the shortest "long haul" I've encountered—especially considering everything else they put me through. At that point, I just wanted my stuff, so I ended up paying it.
This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
