I used Silk road services 3 times. From UZB to USA and from USA to UZB. The packages were organized and well covered. They were always in contact with me from the sending to delivering. Have been using this parcel service for the past 5 years. Have only good things to say about them. Reliable, courteous, upfront about estimated time of delivery etc. Longest it took for them to deliver my packages to Uzbekistan was 3 weeks, otherwise on some occasions it took 1 week. Obviously, they can't guarantee the handling of packages by airport employees, but so far, none of the packages or the items in them have been damaged.

They deserve five star!!!
Honestly, in my experience everything went very smoothly (Everything arrived on time for birthday party). They charged as they promised, they delivered when they promised, they notified me several times via message and phone calls so I was on track about where my package was. Very competitive service and definitely worth every penny.
I will use them again for sure.

I would never recommend sending packages through Silk Road Express. My many of items are lost and they do not take responsibility and do not try to find the lost items. They say we are not to blame.

Great customer service. On time delivery. No extra paperwork. Been using this service for a long time. Never had a problem! They even operate during these pandemic season. I wish they keep the same rate, but if you need immediate delivery it's ready for you!

Send your package no problem but when receiving you’ll end up dealing with rude, unprofessional employees. They’ll hang up on you and send you off. Good luck getting your package. Btw $25 for a 1lbs

I don’t recommend this place at all! It took 50 days for a parcel of mine to go to Uzb. I sent a package on December 5th and it was supposed to go to Uzb and my family received it just this morning. Everytime I call to ask what is going on a woman answers and lies to me everytime saying that it’ll take two more days. They need to do something about her because I heard from other people and they’ve had such experiences with her too, so she should be fired or something. There is one person who’s name is Sherali who was the only one who helped so if you need help go to him because anyone else will be wasting your time. To get my package out I had to pay another $170 and i hadn’t even sent stuff that was that much money. Highly disappointed that I didn’t listen to those around me who told me I shouldn’t send parcels from here.
