Stay away from this company!!! A bunch of thieves. My parents sent a box on December 31st 2024 to the Dominican Republic and it's now February 22nd 2025 and they have not delivered the box. Everytime we call them they respond with a rude attitude and short phrases like, "I don't know", "I can't help", "should be there soon". They have recently stopped picking up our calls. Stay away!!

Would give negative starts if google allowed me to. I sent 2 boxes December 9th, it is now February 11th and they still haven’t delivered and have a new excuse every time I call. They always say “next week” or “this week” and nothing changes. ONE DAY THEY CALLED ASKING IF ANYONE WILL BE HOME TOMORROW FOR THE DELIVERY I SAID YES AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. NEXT DAY THEY SAID THAT THAT WAS A LIE. I have a wedding planned and all the decorations are in there and it looks like I will have to change the date. HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. VERY IRRESPOBSIBLE.

I sent my cargo in Nov 12, it’s Jan 11 & I still haven’t received my cargo. No one has contacted me with any update and they don’t respond to the WhatsApp portal anymore. Called today to see if they are offering any moneytary refund for recieving the cargo 2 months later, the girl only said no without speak ing to a manager. This is literally the worst shipping company ever.

Horrible Company!!! About to be 3 months on 4/1 and still haven’t gotten delivered. Every time i call is a different story SMH! Very disappointed.

"Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend or use this service again. They said they would come by at 1 pm on Saturday, but it was 7 pm and no one cared to call or come by the house. When we called, Marleny (the person who responded) claimed that they called a random number, which no one gave her. I explained to her my parents were traveling the next day and Monday no one would be home to care for the boxes to be picked up, she disrespectfully told me, "Tell them to leave it WITH YOU. It is not my problem." I asked if we could get a discount for the wasted time, and she said, "OF COURSE NOT." When I asked for the manager's or owner's phone number, she told me, "The one you call." We send lots of boxes with donations to the Dominican Republic, we will not consider this company again.

Completely rude and not someone who should be in customer service at all. Definitely need to have their staff trained or evaluated better.

This is the worst place ever to send a box I haven’t received my box since December they always say the same “next week” and when u call again they have another excuse and the owner is always solving the problem but never call to let us know about a refund or the value that we send there’s no guarantee at all will never be sending from this company again

I’m going to two stars because nothing was lost in my container.

Now, this was my first time doing a shipment and it was the worst experience ever.

Customer service is horrible here and in Dominican Republic all they do is lie lie.

I send a shipment to Higuey which they charged extra for, after 20 days I contacted the customer service in DR they told me they working on my shipment and I should receive it within the week. I kept calling 3 more times to find out that they didn’t have a route from Santiago to Higuey and that my shipment was not going to be delivered until the week after.
I didn’t have that much time, so I told them to send the shipment to the capital that I was going pick it up. Then I have to pay extra 100 dollars for someone else to bring me the shipment from The capital to Higuey.

They promised 20 days but It was already 25 days and my shipment was still seating in the office in Santiago.

How they send your shipment to Santiago when you delivering to Higuey, that still makes no sense to me.

I will avoid this company If i ship again.

EMBARQUE AA is the worst. It was the closest place where I reside, so figured I give it a try. The brand new make up mirror that my sister was waiting for her Business arrived all smashed up & a Bar stand is missing.

After calling several different numbers complaining, they keep saying the same thing (we will look into it) weeks after weeks nothing. Nada.

I believe the problem to be once it reaches DR. Their team management needs to be revised.
