Second time sending with this company and will be the last these people change rice bags and oils sent outside the boxes they promised 2-3 weeks of delivering the packages However it took them almost 2 months to deliver. Customer service is also rude and not helpful honestly horrible look from them I really hope I would have done some research before using them have the same opinion as the other reviewers smh also the quality the delivery is less than the ones we send from the states..

The worst ever. The third time is the charm. I have repeatedly given these people the benefit of the doubt. The tanks are salvaged, and they are opened and ransacked. They take whatever goods they want and put all your contents back in unorganized, so when it gets to home, things are broken and popped. They tell you your boxes will be delivered this day, and days/weeks still pass even after you pay, and they still don't deliver your packages. They are the worst, never again.

Excellent service! I have sent many boxes and tanks to Dominican Republic for 8 years and my family have received everything just as a I sent it. No items has been lost or broken. Employees have flexible hours to pick up the boxes at my house in Manhattan. When I call to their office to ask for updates of my order, secretary gives me the information very kindly. No significant delays on my orders. I am looking forward to keep sending my boxes through this company; besides, they have good prices!

Very slow and irresponsible service. Took almost 2 months to deliver my boxes and when the rice and oil arrived it wasn’t even the one I sent. When trying to contact them to track my shipment they never gave me a concrete answer and the DR phone was never answered.

Sent an AC along with a mattress for a
reasonable price... although it took a month to arrive but that’s regular. First I received the mattress and then a week later they gave me the AC. They always answered my phone calls no matter how many times I called and annoyed them to know where and when were my things arriving.

I have no complaints. Everyone I spoke to were always willing to help. thank you for your service

The worst customer service. They told me my boxes would be arriving in 3 weeks. It has been over a month and my boxes have not been delivered. The customer service is poor and they do not have answers as to where/when my boxes will be delivered.
