Becca was prepared to dumpster dive for me! Sending TLC Pack & Ship is the best! I accidentally sent a check into the shred bin (via my digital mailbox app) and Becca went the extra mile to find it for me. She told me she would "dumpster dive to find my check" when I called and asked if there was any hope of retrieving my misplaced check. What an amazing experience! This is how it should be!

I walked in and was greeted kindly by both of the employees. I explained what I was trying to accomplish, which was return a comforter and to swap the box it was shipped in for a smaller box to reduce the shipping cost.

She gave me a used box that she already had in exchange for my larger box at no cost, had the package taped up and ready to ship in minutes, and saved me about $40, all in less than about 8 minutes and with a smile. I'll be back for any shipping I need to!

I have known Stacy for many years, when she was a young girl working here. Today she is the owner and has done exceptionally well for herself. She has amazing girls working as well. I don't live in Florida anymore but I do visit a few months every year. They have done an exceptional job on shipping our stuff back to NV for us. Love to all💕

I dealt with the a young lady name Stacie and she treated me the way a person likes to be treated,she answered all my questions and concerns.I needed one item shipped overseas and was getting quotes from Sarasota twice of what TLC charged me.

I'm not from Florida and needed to ship my wife's breast milk home after our child's hospitalization. The first result for "dry ice" was Sending TLC, so that's who I called. Stacey is a wonderful and knowledgeable person. I gave her a vague description of how the bottles were shrink wrapped and she gave me an accurate estimation of the exact packing and shipping needs and cost.
