These 3 men did an excellent job, Carlin, Diego and Alex. Didn’t waste any time. They introduced themselves immediately and got to work. I could tell they were a good team and worked well together. Each knew what their job was. They took care of my things in pick up and delivery and placed items exactly where I asked. I would highly recommend Rock’s Moving.

We hire Rock's Moving to pack and move. The packers left tons of our belongings in our old house and never packed it or moved it, causing us to take a whole day to pack and move the rest of our things ourselves. They also did not label any of the boxes they packed, so unpacking took way longer than it should have as we were finding dishes in our bedroom, clothes in the living room, etc. We reached out multiple times to the company after the move and they never bothered to respond. Mistakes happen, but to not acknowledge or take responsibility for them is a disappointment.

If you want all of your stuff damaged upon arrival these guys are cheaper than most of the competition, but you get what you pay for. They didn’t wrap most of the pieces and obviously banged them against multiple walls. Several pieces with chunks missing and marks. They also only sent two guys and took a lot longer than the initial quote so ended up paying a lot more. I’ve had better experiences with other movers and won’t be using these guys again.

Excellent moving job completed by Walter and George! They showed up 10 minutes early from the time given on 1/4/2025 and were very professional/efficient in moving my boxes/furniture. They found ways / provided suggestions to make the moving cost less than the original estimate, but did not sacrifice the quality of the job. They were fantastic and deserved much praise from your company!

The guys were both so nice. They were very professional and worked quickly. Great value, as the job came in way under the quote. Nothing got broken or even scratched during the move. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family about Rock Movers.

Worst moving company ever. My mom used this company for her January 2025 move. Three movers were utilized. One of the movers acted very angry and combative. He would become agitated when my mom would tell him where to place things. His behavior made me and my mom feel unsafe. As a result of his aggressive behavior and surly attitude I made sure that either a family member or a friend was with my mom in the apartment at all times so she was never alone with him. My mom even pulled aside the driver for the moving company and expressed her concerns regarding this employee several times.

This mover was also not careful with my mom's furniture, nor was he careful with her apartment. He rammed his dolly into her front door several times and also into her living room wall. This resulted in my mom having to hire a handyman to repair the door and wall at her own expense. This mover also acted erratic and would sing "itsy bitsy spider" loudly going down my mom's hall.

The move also took twice as long as my mom was quoted - largely because this same mover was slow and didn't listen to instructions on where things should go resulting in furniture having to be moved multiple times. As a result of this very scary and negative experience my mom reached out to the moving company via telephone and asked for a partial refund, of which they denied.

Safety and efficiency should be the cornerstones of any moving company. I then wrote a letter to the owner of the moving company outlining the terrible experience my mom had and requested a full refund of her move. A small request considering the situation the owner had put my mom in. My mom received a check for $200 (the cost of the move was $1785) from the moving company after they received my letter. The owner has never apologized and there was no note in the envelope my mom received, merely the partial payment check.

My mom is still concerned this employee might come to her apartment and seek retribution. My mom even tipped this employee despite the horrible experience because she was afraid of this employee if she did not. The other two movers did a good job and deserved a tip, but she didn't feel comfortable tipping them and not the angry employee. This is a terrible situation that never should have occurred. Your home is your most sacred, safe space and you shouldn't be afraid that a disgruntled mover might show up. Never use this company.

We used Rock's Moving locally to get our furniture to our new house and they did a great job! Josh, Dom & Walter took such good care of our furniture and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
