Overall experience I am happy with the deliveries. Nothing damaged. The staff keeps updating me since they are aware that this item I always called to them. Thank you to all for your effort and hard work. You made me a satisfied and happy customer.

I have used this service 3 times for shipping to China, Malaysia, and France. So far my experience has been great. Much cheaper prices and all the directions for packaging have been precise. I will continue to use them for international shipping. I do wish they were a tad more polite when composing emails to customers, but that is a professionalism matter not involved in the services they offer.

After not delivering our parcel they charged another $186 for return services. We disputed the payment with our credit card company and it was resolved in our favor after weeks. IPS offers lousy service, very poor support. This is the worst service ever. They do not support when shipments are late or lost. Unfriendly hotline and poor live help with no committmend to their customers. DO NOT use this service.

This company is absolutely horrible. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. In calling to help someone locate their package the customer service person on the phone was beyond rude. She then handed the call to a manager who literally came on and screamed so loud at me I had to hold the phone away from my ear. When I asked why she was yelling she said “I can be way worse” and then hung up on me. The package can’t be located. No one will help find it. They must be a scam company. Do not use them unless you want to pay to lose your box and be treated terribly.

As you can see the typical owner response. No shipment under my name. Well that would make sense being as I stated I was helping someone with their shipment. Hence it would not be under my name. This supposed “owner” responds the same to every complaint. This company is purely a scam. They need to be reported as fraud to the better business bureau

Also, I did contact through email three times which I could post to show I have been brushed off, no response, no help and nothing from this scam of a company.

Terrible Service, I'm going through the most frustrating experience ever, its been 10 months and my packages is not yet delivered. All they want is money and they will keep on charging and they don't care customer satisfaction. If you are shipping outside of USA i don't recommend this service at anyone. I gave up on the package and I initiated the claim process 5 months back, i was told it would take 5 to 8 weeks, i waited 2 months still no response or update so i emailed for an update, they responded they don't have any update for me. This back and forth conversation went on for 5 months and finally they got back to be with a refund of 1/4th value of the total amount i spend on so far.

I would give this shipping company 0 (zero) stars if I could. They have been the worst shipping company to use. This has taken longer to arrive and mishandled than anything that I have ever seen.
To say the least we will NEVER use them again.

I have read some of the answers that they have provided for customer's. They are never at fault and everything is clearly stated. Going through this LONG process and I can clearly justify that the customers are correct, they are awful!

Shipped this item on 1/29 and it is 2/15 and the item is yet to arrive. Not to mention that I explained to them that this is a return and still changing the recipient a customs fee of almost $100.00 US dollars.
Are you kidding me!!!

I should have spent the extra $10 bucks and shipped with USPS and they would have had this within 3-5 business days without a customs fee.

Worse experience shipping ever I shipped I payed over a hundred just to have it sent to them then I had to pay 151 more to have it shipped to the destination. And fed ex had my package scan and weight at 9 pounds but so say when it got to them it all of a sudden weight 10 pounds because they round up why they do it and fed ex don't . If I didn't pay I would have had to have another delivery company come pick up the package. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Very snotty and rude on the phone , she needs major training. I used them for shipping , they claim they couldn’t reach the receiver by phone , so they ship my package back and charge me $650, I called her and she was no help at all and she hung up on me , pathetic. ,
