Updated review after five months of paying my rent on time and in full...

Beware pricing changes!

The price of our rental unit has suddenly been jacked up almost 35%! My original rate was not an introductory rate, so this increase came as a shock. I called the facility's phone number to see if I could negotiate a better price, but was connected to someone out of state who said the best they could offer was still an increase of 20%.

I will be taking my business somewhere that doesn't play games with good customers.

Sandy was amazing! It was a busy Friday, but she still made us feel like we were the most important customers in the store! She gave us a tour, let us know everything upfront so there were no surprises, n used her expertise to make sure the process went smooth as silk… I’ve dragged family and friend to this place every time they’ve needed a storage unit… definitely recommend them-100%

We are paying $300 for 10x20 and there are RATS in our unit. The smell of rat urine and feces is unbearable, disgusting and health hazard! Use to have rat boxes outside in some corners, but now there is only 1 for the whole property. DON'T USE THIS STORAGE.....they are just raising the price it went up $100 in just 2 years and nothing is fixed...ceiling have a hole for easy excess for the rats....we only half way to take out our stuff but have to throw away box full of shoes clothes books my photos.....take your business elsewhere......if I could I would not even give 1 star.
