Members who are being dragged down by others that should work elsewhere.

I have seldom left a negative review.

Spent near $1,000 in local use during a week’s timeline.

There is clearly frustration from the very nice Senior Management and one of the very nice, taller young female employees over dealing with other problematic staff.

75% of their younger employees could not be bothered to get off their phone or face time calls during customer interaction & even during the hookup process. As you always should check the hookup regardless.

Icing on the cake was 5 minutes after departing in my Uber home, I called back to request an expensive glasses case was removed from my rental and held at the desk.

I was greeted by one of the problem employees over the phone who clearly did not follow through. I followed up the second day and requested it be acquired and for an update.

I was informed the vehicle had already been sent out of state.

Overall, the team at this location did a fantastic job, not only with setting up the rental, but connecting the trailer to my truck, ensuring that the brake lights in turn signals were working properly prior to my leaving. They had smiles on their face and they thanked me for my business. When I returned the immediately had me back up to the location where they wanted me to drop off the trailer they quickly unhooked the trailer and moved it out of the way. The attendee was polite. Asked me if I wanted a printed copy of my receipt or an email copy. He thanked me again for my business and told me to have a great day with the smile.

When we dropped off , the employee Eddie greeted us outside. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve never had quite good service there as this employed he was above and beyond. It was a great experience. He helped unhook the trailer and put it away !! Great service Eddie

I have rented trailers from this location several times in the past with no problems Yesterday ,12/14/2024, I was told that UHaul no longer would do business with me. I asked why and was referred to an 800 number. When I called, they told me there was fraudulent activity but couldn’t give me any details. I was told “You committed Fraud… that’s why we won’t rent to you”. I couldn’t believe it. I would , at very least, like to know what fraud was committed and be able to respond to this. The whole scenario seems very suspicious. The problem was that no one at U-Haul could give me any answers to why I was being accused of fraud. I am a law abiding citizen and have a stellar credit rating. I own my own home and have plenty of money in the bank. I’m nearly 61 years old. I’m too old to be committing fraud to rent a trailer. I’d like to think that this must have been a mistake… but get it corrected already! I’ve since bought a trailer so I don’t need to rely on UHaul anymore. I will never use UHaul again. Poor customer service and false information earned this company a bad review today.

The truck rental for my move was seamless. The manager in St Louis, Missouri went above and beyond to assist in the pick up of the truck. I am so grateful and will definitely utilize Uhaul again.
