This is the second time I have attempted to get a to-go order from this location and the order is not ready when it’s supposed to be. Last time I waited 15 minutes longer than the allotted time and no one came out to my car for car side to-go. I went inside and waited 10 more minutes for my food. This time, I chose to pick up inside and it took 35 minutes longer than the allotted time. That means it took them an hour to cook and box up the food. Ridiculous! I could understand if it was busy but the parking lot is half full and there’s a handful of tables in the restaurant. I could have sat, ordered the food, and ate it in the time I waited for a to-go order. Once I got home the chicken for the bourbon street chicken and shrimp was undercooked/raw (see picture). Thank goodness we were ordering for home and have a microwave. Won’t be coming here again—not for dine in or take out. Just isn’t worth it.

Haven’t been to this Applebee’s a few years. So decided to give it a try and I’ll say everything was great. Had no wait time and got introduced to my server Bri.M was very kind, respectful and made sure everything was right.(always tip your severs). The food tasted amazing mash potatoes, steak to the point you smell the Bourbon and hear the sizzling of the steak. The nice extra of onions and mushroom makes the taste amazing. Had the Triple Chocolate Meltdown for dessert and that was some good dessert I’ll say. Overall I definitely will return and I recommend you go maybe enjoy the Bourbon Street Steak or something else and request to have your server be Bri.M and you’ll have a good meal at Applebee’s

Wow I ordered the NEW Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne with a Caesar salad on DoorDash and ITS AMAZING. It cost $13 and some change for the pasta and the portion is definitely worth it. I’m so full and I have enough salad and pasta to eat tomorrow <3. I don’t give reviews but this food was so good i couldn’t help but comment🥹💕

Never had an issue here until today. Waitress was super slow. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes before she showed up. By that time we knew what we wanted so we ordered everything was about another 15 minutes before appetizers came out and then 10 minutes after that for the food. One of the orders was all you could eat and really should have ordered a regular meal because I could not get the food I wanted in the time that I had to eat today. There were tables around us that showed up after we did that got their drinks and food before us. As far as the ambience the music was a little loud and was club music in the middle of the day at lunch time. The restaurant in general was clean and our seating area was clean when we got to it. The glass front doors were filthy to the point that you didn't want to touch the doors to go in or out if you're worried about your hands staying clean. Like I said never had an issue here before but today was just a disappointment

90 minutes. It took 90 minutes on a slow night for a table of 3 to have dinner. Our hostess was perfect, cleaned a table and sat us right away. But, it was a 20 minute wait between our first drinks and appetizers, plus another 20 until our first drink refill, and ANOTHER 20 to get the check. Yaqui, our server, vanished after each interaction and never once came by to check on our table.

One of our broccoli sides had the date sticker hidden under the food. The same sticker that goes on their food storage container was COOKED into the broccoli. The manager was not sorry when we told him, he simply said "What do you want?" Clearly he didn't care about food contaminants. And the 4 cheese pasta, tasted like hot plastic. Gross! The burger was the only meal that had no problems with it.

The appetizers were excellent though. Pretzel bread and cheese dip + mozzarella sticks, THAT was worth the wait. The rest of the meal, no way.

Atmosphere really depends on who you're there with! We were a lively bunch, and NEXT would be SERVICE! Young Mr. LOGAN ...was kind, quick, DISCERNING!!! He slipped in and out of serving us, saw where there were needs, never pushy or rushed, and he knew when to just let us have fun, which we did! There'd be an uproar of laughter and he did an about-face! Such a small thing, but effective! Those are things that make coming here palatable. He gets the overall experience award tonight.

My fiance and I went up to have dinner here for Valentine's day. Didn't have a very long wait. The waitress was pleasant and polite. The atmosphere was good not too crazy. Very comfortable. The food was perfect. Drinks on point. The price was not bad at all. Spent about $60 for 2 people. We were too full to order dessert 🤣. We most certainly will be returning soon. Ciao
