I must say. I was confused at a previous visit. And I did leave a bad review. After the way Trulieve took care of me, giving me store credit on a separate issue, it completely changed my mind. I’m not a bot, and this is an honest review. Trulieve took care of me and I wanted to try and delete my previous review, not sure if possible. So I’m writing this one too. The way they took care of me made me rethink everything and I realized my actions could have been better. Thank you trulieve orange city. They are worth your visit people. Well, take it easy folks.

We had the pleasure of having Tatiana helping us the other day. My mother has cancer and has been very hesitant about trying medical marijuana. To say she helped ease her concerns is an understatement. She was so helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She took into consideration my mother's concerns and only brought products within her price range and thoroughly explained how each one works, best uses and how to use. My mother gets anxious easily and some times it's hard for her to communicate, Tatiana took this with such grace and I truly feel she was exactly the right person for out first experience there.

Tried to use my card on a preroll and use my points which would’ve been $5 off not sure how it rang up to $13 even with the $3 fees. I’m on disability now so stealing customers money doesn’t sound like a good business idea. Fix your employees. I was in the store at 6:20 register #1 date 2/14/25

This place use to be a place to get your stuff and go, not anymore. They cut their employees and for some reason, THEIR ATM AND THEIR CARD READERS AREN'T WORKING, it’s been two weeks, why is your systems still down and insisting we pay cash? FIX TOUR CARD READERS AND ATM!!!!!! Stop the BS!

By far the worst dispensary you can go to. Not trulieve in general but this location is absolutely horrible. They never give accurate wait times. Does not matter what time you come you can guarantee a solid wait time. Everyone one works at turtle speed in this store and has horrible communication. Only go to this location as an absolute last resort.

Patients beware! If you think your container is light, it probably is! On multiple occasions my jar has weighed less than it should. 1 time weighed 1.9 and another 2.5 when they should have weighed 3.5. When I bring it up with Trulieve they make excuses saying that they have machines that weigh it out and they produce thousands every week. They think it's ok because they have an exchange policy that let's you return as long as there is half left. That's a hassle! And what about the people who didn't realize their containers were light? Bad business for sure!!!!

I love this store! The staff, even when you can tell they are having a bad day, they are still friendly. Most of them are really good at letting you know what discounts are available to you or how to maximize what you're trying to get for the amount of money you have.
